Forgot to add the xite radio is a great replacement for the Clarion. No front tv and no dishwasher this year either. Happy for those choices. Keep our passports in the safe.

Regarding the cubby with the sliding door behind the sink on the 4327. Mine does not stay up while using it. The tech here at the dealer says that is normal. I would think when you open it it would stay open until you shut it

Ours slides down too. Could be stiffer.

Appliance garage. Maybe you could put something like two a small piece of weather strip foam on the tack to add resistance

I’m assuming your outside tv is in the last passenger bay instead of in the side wall. Does your door open up so high that it contacts the slide? I think I’ll put a chain to restrain the height, wondering what others may have done. I also think I’ll send Newmar a video and ask them what should happen. It really isn’t right. It will eventually dent the bay door.

Bill Belanger, can you look at your fantastic fans? In ours the 2 they installed in the kitchen and the 1/2 bath both have a 4 speed adjustable fan. In the rear bath it is just 1 fan, no speed adjustments. Can you see if yours is the same? If your has the speed adjustment in the rear bath I am going to make them change it out. Also could you see which model Oasis they installed in yours? Mine does not have the model that Newgle says it should. On NEWGLE it refers to a 85,000 BTU UNIT. Mine has a $50,000 BTU unit. Thanks

Also, the cam hinge doors are only on the full wall slide side because of the way it drops when extende. The cargo doors on the passenger side have normal hinges.

No speed fan in rear bath and 50k boiler.
Yup
I don’t have issues with them and the furnace is my primary heat source. I don’t know if I was camping in the snow but that ain’t gonna happen.
So much for Newgle...

I find it odd they put speed adj fans in the kitchen and half bath but not in the rear bath. Only a few bucks difference. The rear bath is the one we run the most and it would be nice to be able to adj the speed. Guess I will have to get one and install it myself.

The 85,000 BTU is only for the 4310 model (I can confirm this as that is model we have- the reason is we have 2 full baths). All others are standard with the 50,000 BTU.
