We ordered our 2019 MA 4551 on 6/20. We were told at the time the ship date would be toward the end of September.

How long does it take to get the exact ship date confirmed and the run number.

This is our first custom order, so we don't know what to expect.

For us things firmed up about 6 weeks prior to the estimated date, and it was within days of the estimated date.

Thanks, We are in our "Can't Wait" mode. So we are trying to get a feel on how this process works.

I know the feeling, the good news is your wait time is relatively short. I ordered about the same time as you last year and waited until the 3rd week of November.

Guess I'll wait another 3-4 weeks before bugging the dealer for tighter dates. I am not a very good "waiter" !!!

If you get, or have, your order number, I think you can get updates from Newmar customer service as well.

I think it on what Newmar calls the "Green Bar" I will check it for an order number.

"Production number" is how they track your r v through production. You should be able to get that through your dealer.

This is correct. The “green bar” will have your production number, order number, and customer number. The production number is what matters.

I know in the video, Newmar shows doing a four corner weight as part of QC. Do they send that with the coach to the new owner? I know that wouldn't be the "loaded" weight, but it would still be nice to know.

My brother in law recently weighed his new Phaeton and the right front was right at max for the tire, while he had plenty of headroom on the other corners.

So, the Newmar four corner would at least give a heads up as to whether any of the corners were significantly heavier than others, before being loaded down.
