They are not wall huggers but do fully recline. They are not tied down and must be moved out from the wall to fully recline. I think they should be secured together for travel, not a huge but still necessary job. They are very comfortable and really easy to sleep in......uh rest in. [emoji2]. All JMHO

Hello everyone! This question is for you New Aire owners. SOOOOO, would you purchase your New Aire again? Is it living up to what you expected? Is there any one thing about the product that convinced you to go with this high end, short bus? LOL We have been waiting for the 2019 models before we jumped into the pool with ya all. About ready to place our order now. Just looking for any pro's or con's out there exclusive to the New Aire. Thanks Joe & Julie

Just an FYI about forum use. It’s always better to start a new thread to ask your new question rather than tack it on to someone else’s thread.

Not being harsh, just trying to help. Honest.

What features are now standard?

I did purchase a NA 3343. I was getting to the point of wanting something more manuverable than my 43 footer. I would do so again I just love how easy and maneuverable it is to drive. It is a very comfortable coach. Research your dealer any issues I have had they have been great.

At least on the DS I noticed that several popular options had seen increases aside from the base MSRP going up.

Yes, we’d buy it again in a heartbeat. We bought the NA for how easy it is to drive (comfort drive, length, height & turning capability) & the cool tech toys (360 camera, Silverleaf & My Rozie). It’s an amazing coach.

Yes, without a doubt we would buy it again. We moved up from a 25’ Sprinter-based motorhome, so for us the thing that tipped the scale was the increase in space and luxury, while retaining good maneuverability, including the ability to get into most state and national parks.

The increase in space and luxury has transformed our experience of traveling. We didn’t fully realize it, but the trade-offs we were making with our old motorhome left us feeling a bit “impoverished” after a few weeks on the road. We both (and the dogs) seem to be more at ease living in the New Aire. We’re planning to be making trips of several months at a time, which would have been a real challenge in our old motorhome.

Now our experience is no longer impoverished, only our bank account! Buying the second year model will undoubtedly be a better experience. Good luck and enjoy the ride!

2019 New Aire

Attached is the Newmar dealer information sheet for the 2019 New Aire. It should answer most questions as to what has changed from 2018 and the new 3345 floor plan. I think the advantage of the 3345 is that it should give you a little more maneuvering room in the front of the coach with the free standing dinette and the folding chairs removed when the slides are in. Maybe not important to some people, but we have a 90# lab and have to do a little dance over him to get out of the coach at fuel and rest stops. I have not been in one, so I can't say for sure how much more room there is.

We walked through a 3345 and a 3343 in Nappanee. The 3345 had the standard dinette. There is quite a bit more room to move around the coach especially when the sides are in. The 3343 had the 2 recliner option which made it extremely difficult to move through the coach when the slides are pulled in.

Some very nice changes. Couple things I wish the 18's had but not enough to regret having an 18 over a 19.

Hey, question for you guys with the upgraded dinette - did anyone get a set of folding chairs? We didn't and weren't sure if they came with the coach and our less than stellar dealer removed them.

The folding chairs come with the Free Standing Dinette. I don't believe that was an option in 2018, only the Euro Dinette.

Thanks. I didn't think so, but needed confirmation.

Thanks for posting the list of changes for 2019 New Aire. When we ordered we did not realize that the window behind the sofa and the dinette window are non opening windows. Contacted Michelle and she said that a vented window can be added at the sofa and dinette. You saved us from an unpleasant surprise at delivery.
