Is it possible to upgrade my coach for a 220 volt dryer?
Have a 120 volt dryer now

I would think that the only way to do that would be to Create an entirely separate Circuit and an Extension Cord capable of handling the Load! Then You would need to find a Dryer Outlet to plug in to everywhere You go!
Probably not too practical unless You are setting up for an extended period of time at one place.

I don't see why you couldn't. You'd just have to add the breakers the wiring and the plug.

Are you asking if you can upgrade you coach so it runs on 220 volts or so you can plug in a 220 volt dryer
In the first case 50 amp coaches do indeed get fed 220 volts. but they split it so you need a FOUR WIRE outlet and plug.. (30 amp coaches only have 3 wires)
Now... If your dryer outlet is modern enough to have all 4 wires, and if the neutral wire is the same "weight" (Guage) as the L-1 and L-2 wires.. THEN you can build an adapter.
But I"m not going to tell you how at this point
IF your dryer cord has only 3 prongs. You can modify the wiring on the building side, not the RV side, to use that outlet.. but it's a re-wire best done by pros.

JoeT has it right.
A 3 wire or 4 wire dryer can be handled equally easily. You have all you need already in the house 120v fuse box. It'll have the 2 feed buses (L1 and L2) already to go. Just add the standard 220v breaker, a 220v dryer plug wired to that breaker and the 220v dryer.
You might want to explore dryers than can run on either 120v OR 220v and build a nifty manual switching box to supply either - very nice when you are on 30amp and just want to dry something!

I agree with RVDude.
However, there is no 240V when running on your generator, so a 240v dryer won't work off the gen.

Unless you have a 10k Onan, which you probably don't.
