The steps on my coach will not extend or retract. They are made by Stromberg Carlson.

Will 24" Quickee steps replace them without any mods?

Kwikee Steps simply bolt up from the bottom, electrical shouldn't be to much of a problem, Kwikee has their own logic controller on the steps. It would totally depend on where you want to mount them. Here is a good place to get them if you do go that way..PPL - Kwikee Steps

ps... changing the steps this way may reduce the resale value of your RV..

They look the same, two steps, extension, rise etc. Guess the only thing is the electrical connections and possibly the bolt hoe patterns.
