2903 2015 Newmar Baystar

Has anyone had a problem with engine management wires going bad to the MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. The wires on my Mass Air Flow had to be replaced. Mechanic told me that Newmar had placed some wires in the harness that interfered . The mass air flow sends a sin wave thru the wires to the computer. There was noise being picked up by the engine computer changing the air fuel mixture and affecting the oxygen sensors.

FORD stated that it is fixed. We will see.

I AM WONDERING IF ALL NEWMAR 2903, 2015 SOLD IN NOVEMBER OF 2014 HAVE THIS PROBLEM .

Probably not related but one of our Ford Escapes had the sensor replaced and then another part which I can't recall. After repested failures they replaced the wiring harness which resolved the problem.

The car would lose power and the check engine light would come on. Towed to dealer three times.

According to Ford factory this is a very rare problem.
