3 Day Spartan RV Training Class

We spent three days in June at the Spartan factory for RV owners training class. We had our first year maintenance done, chassis inspection, and any repairs under warranty completed. There were five total RV owners in the class and it was a great time. Well worth the time and money. You also get a discount on maintenance work if you are taking the class.

I'm on the waiting list for the July 30 class. I have called several times but no cancelations yet. I'll make sure I'm close by incase there is a last minute opening.

Three day class is $900

Includes breakfast and lunch!

Five day class is more (that includes driving classes) Not sure how much that is.

I am trying desperately to get in to the Sept 10 class in Charlotte. I really wish I had done my homework before signing up because apparently when you do it at NIRVC you don't get to do a full inspection/walkaround of your coach, I don't think you can get corner weights, and I don't think you get discounts on service/parts there either (I could be mistaken about this though).

I asked if they would allow me to use my payment towards a 5 day class in Charlotte early in 2019 and was told flat out NO. Kind of surprised by that.

Oh well, I will keep my fingers crossed that someone move off of the 10th and we can get in in Charlotte. Otherwise I will do the three day class in Atlanta because they also charge you $250 to cancel

I'd like to/might take my old coach to that training and run it through inspection - she might be older than some of the techs. Might be a little costly what they would find

Was it $900 per person or per coach?

Taken both the regular and advance class. Great classes! Big Mike is a wealth of information. Great guy too. Spartan techs and staff are great as well. This is a must do for all Spartan owners.

I didn't know there was a choice in 3 or 5 day classes. Is the last 2 days driving only? If I can get DW to drive the 5 day class would be worth it.
If not I would do the 3 day class. If I get in.
