In my area tire dealers usually price tires installed. New larger tire chain stores have found the locals around here hard to compete with.

The FMCA Michelin estimated pricing is:
XZA2 ENERGY 275/70R22.5 J 90059 $32.51 $495.91

The price clubs come somewhat close but don't offer installation.

Too much!
A year ago (yes, I know tires have gone up) I paid just over $3,200 (without the FMCA discount) for 4 275/70's and 2 305/70's out the door incl. fed excise tax.
Now, the FMCA price is about the same as what I paid just over a year ago.

I paid about $3700 for 6 XZA2 ENERGY 275/70R22.5 out the door, incl mounting and balancing. That was in April of this year.

$3700 is about what I paid for 6-XZA3+, 275/80 R22.5 LRH last month through the FMCA Advantage Program...matching set of date code 4411.

That included mounting & balancing.

You don't say what kind of MH you have, but if yours is a Monaco-legacy product (any of the brands owned by Monaco even if it was built before Monaco owned the brand) then you are eligible for the Monaco International Michelin discount which is better than the FMCA program. I bought 6 ZXE2+ in the same size this summer for significantly less than the prices you were quoted.

I totally agree with replacing your tires; ours were just about the same age. We think the XZE2+ are superior to the ZXAEnergy we had previously (smoother and quieter).

When you park on new tires for extended periods park the foot print on some fiberglass cutting boards you can find at SAM'S, they come in different sizes and will keep tires from ground surface and dryer.

The Monaco and Newmar (Advantage) program are the same thing.

Absolutely, excellent move. Did mine earlier this year just because. Better safe than sorry.
