A/C Compressor not turning on

Can somebody tell me if there is a fuse that needs to be checked and where it is. Or a wiring diagram for the dash switches.

If it's low in freon, it will not engage compressor clutch.

I agree! If it is low you most likely will have a small leak. A good AC shop should be able to find a leak if there is one and fix you up.

I added quite a few cans without anything happening. Couldn't get the pressure up. Your answer make sense.

If you want to turn the A/C on you can put 12 volt jumper wire to the clutch to engage. With out a Pump you need to engage the comp. to add freon.
