He made no attempt to help or offer to help with the clean up. He told the park what happened, walked his dog and left in his toad for the rest of the day. The funniest part to me was about two hours later a mobile RV wash service shows up and washed his RV. Long story short we dealt with the issue and moved on. I just figure Karma is a bitch and hope nothing too bad happens to him in return. A simple offer of help cleaning it up would have made me happy.
Hindsight is always 20/20 but I think when the power wash showed up I might have had him do my coach, pay the bill and when the neighbors appeared, present them with the bill. If they paid, all is well. If not, state your True feelings and wish them luck. Not,,, Paid In Full...

The way I read it, it was an accident and really only affected the OP's sewer and maybe electrical hookups. I don't see anywhere where it splashed all over his MH. I can see where it isn't the best of situations but I hardly think it is anything to run around calling hazmat, a lawyer, or demanding he get his whole MH washed at the other guys expense.

We had a similar situation occur and the guy who did it offered to clean all our stuff for us. I know the guy was embarrassed and felt real bad about it. The CG staff came and pretty much cleaned it up like the OP described in his original post. I thanked the guy for telling me and cleaned up all my own stuff with some bleach, followed by 409 spray I always carry, after the CG crew did the original clean up. This is just an inconvenience and certainly not worth getting all worked up about. Like said in a previous post if that's the worst you ever have happen your doing good.
