"do not work even after genny is on" is a broad term.

Does this mean they aren't doing anything (even the fans within them) even if plugged into at least 30amp shore power? Are the thermostat(s) displaying the mode properly yet nothing still happens?

You have to program both AC's for cool in both zones 1&2 on your Control, maybe take it off furnace.
There will be a 2 min delay before you hear the compressors.

Hi,
When I connect to shore power they work. When I switch to generator even after an hour nothing works. Also noticed none of the appliances work on generator.

Your generator should have a circuit breaker or two. If they're in the off position , the appliances won't work.

I agree with checking the circuit breaker(s) on the generator.

If they are on, the next thing to check is the transfer switch.
