Have you tried them while running on the genset?

Any message/error code on the thermostat?

They won't run off the Inverter.

Does your TV and microwave work? You might not be getting any 110v juice

Not sure about your unit but most need both 12 VDC and 120 VAC to work. DC runs the controls. You can have the breakers set but a blown 12 VDC fuse.

Air Conditioning is normally abbreviated to A/C so it's not mixed up with power problems.

I'd start with a multimeter to check the voltages at the units. There can be a lot of reasons why you lose power to some point. If you are plugged in and have power to the 120 VAC outlets or microwave display most likely you have line power to the RV. It is possible to have one out of two lines down but the A/C's are usually split between the two 120 VAC feeds in a 50 amp setup. That is where checking the voltage at the breakers will tell you.

That's a couple of places to start. Somebody that knows Canyon Stars will probably pick up with more info.
