AC thermostat cable

For a 2004 Dutchstar 4010:
Anyone know where the other end of the AC thermostat "telephone" cable is?
I have like 8 circular air returns inside and don't see it anywhere!
Ugh
Thermostat gives me EE CODE when I try to reset so now have nothing!!
Could use help asap
Thanks!!

The "telephone" cable connects from the thermostat to the control board in the AC unit. If you have 2 AC's there is a second cable from AC1 to AC2. Not sure what you are looking for in the air returns. Usually EE means you don't have 120v to the AC unit.

It worked up till I tried to reset the thermostat so 99% sure there is juice to the ac's
Thank though
Everything generic I read said the cable end was on the return air duct ( but not specific to Newmar)

Perhaps you might indicate the make and model of your A/C units and control system.
Many systems run Cat-5 or multi-conductor RG-11 telephone wire between the CCC (Comfort Control Center) and a control board in the A/C unit(s). There may also be a remote temperature Thermistor(s) (Sensor) in the controlled airspace(s) that is run back to either point.
Best of luck.

The tel cable goes to the control board of your front AC UNIT all Newmar AC information is in QT's 1 & 2 AC Section with wiring diagrams. you may only need to unplug the cable may have oxidation on contacts of plug, or use some spray contact spray cleaner.
You have two sensors as pictured last post and maybe white which feed to control boards in the AC's.
You have reset the circuit breakers in the load center.
All links below in my signature have info for your Newmar.

Try this link, problem sounds similiar to mine. The zone that is not showing any longer is where this is located. Make sure to read the entire thread and you will see what I just finished doing to fix it.

The other end of your communication cable (from thermostat) goes tothe control board. The control board is on the topside unit. Remove the shroud and look near the front passenger side of the front topside unit.

On units NOT installed on a Newmar, you can access the cable from below inside the main return duct. On a Newmar you can only get to the cable from the roof.
