Access to dash in '05 Kountry Star

I need to access the AC/Heater controls in the dash of a 2005 Kountry Star. Any tips? There are two screws near the driver’s side, but nothing else that is obvious. It might be nice to remove the large vertical panel on the right, too. I hate to start pulling and tugging blindly. If anyone has been there-done that, your advice would be appreciated!

The link is to a photo of my dash on Dropbox. Can't get it to show up here.

It’s possible that the curved panel just snaps in place.

Same as my 08 Ksdp. Sorry haven’t had to remove that yet. Possible screws hidden inside the drink tray? Useless cubby to left may snap in.

You can remove the panel with all the switches by removing the screws. Depending on what you are wanting to do, you may be able to access from above.
