I recently replaced tile in my 2002 Dutch Star kitchen and some of the old tile was left under the cabinets in the area where the rollers are. The slide work but the rollers go over the pieces of tile at times. Does anyone know how to get access to the area where the rollers are to clean out the tile and inspect the rollers?

Thanks

Welcome 72duster to the Newmar forum & irv2.
This LINK will give you info on your slides old or new.
If you read through it the info is there.
What you will do with some help is move slide out about half way than everyone will push up on slide to place wood 2x4's under slide to holdup at a angle to check out under slide .
Its a belly job and its tough with bifocals.
If you click on the Quick Tips & Mods link below you will find allot more info that may help you.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

I called the factory, and was told that they put a 2 x 4 across the top of the slide, on the outside, and bring the slide in. When it hits the 2 x 4, keep bringing the slide in. The slide tips up, giving clearance to the underside. I did this with 2 pieces of 2 x 6, and it worked perfectly. Just be careful not to hit the ceiling with the crown moulding on the slide.

Happy travels

Mike
