Adjusting Seat Belt Angle?

I am wanting to adjust these toward the front some for ease of operation. Has anyone done this? I have been trying to get the bolts loose, but with no luck. I don't want to tear anything up by using more pressure or a cheater bar. I am assuming they are normal threads and not reverse.

What bolts are you trying to loosen? Regardless, I'd suggest you leave them alone. Liability will shift to you in the event they fail during a collision.

I haven't tried it but there is a flap covering the bolt for access.

Can't imaging rotating the seat belt thingy on the wall would result in any liability issues...if it rotates.

It is at a bad angle and the belt gets bound up in there when I pull it out. Not the end of the world but still annoying.

This is exactly what I am trying to do.
