Glad this thread is getting some active discussion and great ideas. I’ve been sidetracked lately assisting a family member with some health issues, so haven’t been able to pursue this much further.
That said, I’m leaning toward the Brigade system and may pull the trigger this summer if things work out. Heck, I might just replace the Xcite radio while I’m at it. I don’t have any issues with wiring on the roof and can accept a few inches of wire showing here or there (per CaptainGizmo) given the benefits.
