The AGS ( auto gen start) does not seem to work. First problem that has to be fixed is that it is not getting 12vt power. Manual states it is wired to a 5 amp fuse. Anyone run across a 5 amp AGS fuse? Location?

Just to cover the simple stuff first -- you've enabled it through the Magnum / inverter control panel above the driver's area? That should provide your power to the AGS unit in the bathroom.

Check the AGS safety interlock switch.

Open the genset slideout. On the DS (door side) genset support rail is a push switch that is actuated when the slide retracts by hitting a metal stop mounted at the front of the same slide rail. This switch is a safety interlock for the AGS. I'll bet it is not properly being closed as the genset is closed. Manually short the switch and see if the AGS now works. Then fix the interlock.

RVDUDE:

Thanks for the info on the interlock switch, but I was not able to find it. I will look again when the heat breaks (100 degrees here).

I was not able to locate an interlock switch on the gen. slide, but a neighbor (also an irv2 member) called his dealer and was told the controller is powered through a fuse marked cb/radio located in the elect. compartment. I looked and the fuse was gone. Once replaced the ags now operates.
