When I do the automatic dump & level, the rig definitely lowers what seems to be all the way.

However, when I turn the key to depart there is always 65 psi or more in the bags, i.e. the alarm doesn't sound. Seems like they should be nearly empty.

I have hit the manual dump button and do get some more air out. Does this really matter?

Also, front left bag is dumping slower than the rest.

Scott, the air supply valves between the suspension and the air tanks will not allow air to go to the suspension unless it exceeds a set value of 65/70 psi. This is to protect against the system losing any more air if it gets down in favor of the brakes. Therefore when you have completely exhausted the suspension air the system pressure is still above that of the alarm. This is completely normal.

Thank you very much Peter.

FYI only, just checked it again and it's around 100 psi. Dump button will not dump any more air.
