Hey Everyone!

We are new here, just bought a 2004 Mountain Aire.
I noticed when we left Disney Wilderness Campground that my rear ride height was a little lower than on the way down. Has anyone run into this before?
I really didnt see anything in the manual about this topic except a faded diagram (as in not readable) about how to drain water from the air system.
I just had a message on the speedo say "AIR1 0"

Any suggestions?
thanks a lot!

It sounds like your rear air tank is registering no pressure (a potentially dangerous situation as you may only have front brakes). Check for leaking by listening (outside) for a hiss with the engine running.

Good luck.

Tim

Thanks!
I have been over the whole system listening for a leak but hear and feel nothing.
The rear air pressure gauge reads normal just like the front

The brakes seem fine but the ride is none too smooth.

thanks again,
I'll look for a dealer near Pensacola tomorrow if i cant find something obvious.

Driving with the rear air bags not inflated is not recommended. If they are not inflating I would call for service to come and fix it. Not only do you get a rough ride - the drive shaft will be at a severe angle and can destroy the U-joints. I know two people who drove a short distance to get service and both had to replace ther U-joints.
