Anyone put on the airflow routing kit on the W22 newmar gasser. Its model #W8002069. Any issues?

What about the engine ventilation cooling kit W8005026?

I will be travelling in mountainous terrain and high heat and based on all the newmar posts re: cooling issues and plug wire failures I am considering putting on these two mods before the coach breaks down.

About how much should I expect to pay (parts and labor)?

Is this a waste of money?

How hard is it to check the condition of my plug wires , plugs. Anyone have a nice picture of where I would even locate these items. (No engine work experience)

thanks,
doko (technically challenged)

Have you had any problems in loosing any plug wires? I have a 02 chassis and the engine area is very open on both sides of engine area. Your air dam around radiator should be well enclosed and not torn, if it is should replace fabric. With the air dam in place all cool air passing thru radiator will be forced thru engine compartment cooling wiring and engine, if its not broken don;t fix it is my thought.
If you feel you need it you can check some installs on site but maybe for coachs that need it and not a Newmar plus the instructions should give good directions.
