We ordered a 2015 Ventana 4037 at the Hershey RV show from RVOne in Albany. Expected delivery is January. They have been great to deal with. No complaints so far.

We purchased our MH at Hershey as well. Our salesman was from Tampa, but all of the other folks were from Albany. They were great through the selling process. We then flew to Albany to pick up the MH. They were extremely welcoming and spent about 5 hours with us walking through the coach. Since our purchase, I have had several questions and they have been responsive to my texts. The only time they were not responsive was when they were in the middle of moving to their new site. Unfortunately, that was the precise time I was at the motor vehicle registration and needed some information from them. I sorted it out, so all in all, a good experience.

We purchased a Bay Star at the Hershey show. Picked it up at their new location grand opening. They handled it well but wanted $ first before any inspection. Allowed a walk thru, then $, finally demo.
