I was just looking over at the Newmar site and see they don't have anything on the allstar for 2010. Did they cut it from the lineup? Thanks

I see what you mean, but there are some references to 2009 and some to 2010. Maybe they're in the process of updating things?

That's sad because the All Star was the most flexible floorplan.

I can see why they'd do it. They need to cut back, and that mid engine chassis was different from everything else.

The whole Newmar product line has been cut back unless they are still uploading the new models spec's for 2010, 5th wheels only show two as of now.
Will keep a lookout for more changes.

All of the online brochures are still 2009.

I'm HOPING that what we are seeing, or not seeing, on the Newmar website is because they are "in process" of the annual website update. The entire Grand Star product is currently missing as well.

Unless we get confirmation from Newmar that these products are not being offered for 2010, I think we will have to wait for them to "finish" the site, which historically has not been a once-and-done process for Newmar. Ed

I agree they still need to modify some 2009 dates, but the warranty page appears to be finished and the All Star is not listed for 2010.

See Newmar Corporation – The Newmar Difference > Warranty Information | Newmar RV

Does anyone else build a motorhome on that mid engine Spartan chassis? My only regret buying our motorhome was not getting the All Star 4154 instead.

My folks just left the factory, and while there they saw a few being finished on the tour.

I guess they had been 1/2 finished for a while. The tour guide said they were probably the last of them.

The Allstar is not in the line for '10, so I have heard from Jeannie. I am really sorry to see them drop it but I am guessing the younger client base is simply not buyer this type of coach with the economy. I am hoping they will bring it back when the money returns.

I am a HUGE fan of the potential that the mid-engine offers.

Travel Supreme did, but they've folded their tent and were reincarnated as Entegra Coach, but they don't offer the mid engine.

It could be that Spartan has decided to drop that chassis.

Dirk, when I was at Newmar last month Entegra was gone and the factory was for sale.

I had heard that, but I believe the Entegra is being built elsewhere. Their website is still up.

My understanding was that Jayco had moved production of the Entegra to a pre-existing Jayco facility (perhaps where they had built their short-lived Class A units?) and were selling the old TS roofline they had purchased.
