Have the exact same coach. After three months of actual use and 3000 plus miles we love this coach. The only and a continuing problem has been the windshield wipers. Just posted an update about them-check it out. Other than that and we bought it new, we have had very minor things not unusual for a new motor home. Adjust two of the slides, adjusted the top of the entry door. I would imagine all those things have been sorted out by the previous owner so you should be in great shape. Enjoy the coach.

Thanks for your reply... Looks like the prev. owner was / is real picky with the unit...
We can't wait to do the trade in spring...
In fall we will have a K 125-2 installed at NEWMAR... runs about $2,100 I was told today.
Right now, we have a very cold winter here....
Can't wait to be able to sit that one out in the southwest (soon in Alamogordo ?)!!!

It's the combination desk and dinnette available from NEWMAR for this model.
Have a friend outside the city (horse ranch). We love the southwest area.
We would love to meet you. Feel free to write via e-mail.
RV greetings

TW,
Have you considered having a custom made K-125-2 option done by an after market company and save the trip to Newmar, unless you are going that way for something else.

We wanted a table and chair dinette in our Ventana, Newmar did not have an option that would fit our Model due to space, so we had to do the after delivery thing. We had Davis Cabinets in Junction City OR design, build and install a telescoping table with wall storage cabinet, 2 chairs covered with Newmar matching fabrics, matched kitchen counter surface. Did a superb job for under $2K. They do all sorts combination desks/dinette configurations for coaches. They are a lot closer to Cloverdale than Newmar.

Congrats on your up-coming addition, spring will be here soon than you think. Keep warm, drive safe, bet this storm is getting you good. I'm in the Olympics shadow, sun is out, just a dusting of snow, but cold.

Spike

You might consider contacting Irv Kaufman or Carlyle Lehman, two cabinet makers near the factory that will make anything you want for a RV.

They have some great options on computer desks and other pieces that the factory may not offer.

Many of us have items by them and they both do first class work.

We had Mr Kaufman build us a computer desk/dinnette.
The man's work is great. We also had him outline our ceiling lights with wood.
We are heading there this fall to have him reconfigure our rear living room cabinet so we can install a flat screen tv there.
You will not go wrong with Mr Kaufman and his prices are very reasonable for the work he does.
