Any news on the 3 stolen Newmars from Transwest?

I would bet they are either off to Mexico or Europe. If they stay in US I wonder if they could swap VINs, say from insurance write offs, and re-register them as repairs. Might pay insurance people to look at that scenario. But they most likely have thought of that already!

Tom I asked one of the sales guys a couple of weeks ago. Nothing heard. Did say they got some video of the coaches at a closed K-Mart a couple towns away but that's it. When I was at Newmar back in early November they mentioned that all of the chassis, engine, etc numbers were duly recorded to all of the vendors.

This is very strange and must be highly unusual. Wonder which direction the KMart video footage might indicate their travel? south?

I'd expect them to be found eventually, gutted of anything that could be sold. I remember an Earthroamer (super expensive F-550 class C) that was stolen and eventually found, missing all its electronics.

Either that, or someone has a really nice meth cookhouse.
