Any pervasive issues to watch out for ?

We are starting to look for a "new to us" MH to replace our 12 yr old 36' Pace Arrow Vision. We are looking for a 40' or longer diesel. Probably 2007 or newer.
In looking at Tiffins, I see they have significant issues with the wet bay floors and roof radius cracking.
How about Newmar's ?? Any common/server issues to be on the look out for ?
Thanks !!

Welcome PanJH to the Newmar forum.
For starters here is how the Newmars are built.
Here is a Boucher for the Dutch Star for the 2007 year.
Here is a Owners Guide for same coach.
If you have an idea which coach your interested in just say.
As long as coach has been properly maintained you will have little problems and most problems should have already been taken care of.
