If you can't order them from the manufacturer, any RV repair shop knows "a guy" that can make new vinyl decals for any RV.

Folks replace them when they start to crack, (or they get a full-body paintjob if the coach is still worth it).

With a set of good pictures of your coach, they can calculate the proper scaling necessary.

They use a computer and a "printer" that cuts out the shape from bulk roll material.

I stripped mine when they looked bad and painted the same shape and color in their place. New stripes won't exactly match size & shape of the old ones that could expose areas formally covered by the decals. Because of my past experience painting car parts, this was fairly easy.

Usually painting them on is cheaper and will last longer.

When you painted the decals, did you have to primer the area first? I am going to paint mine this weekend. I removed the old decals from a 97 Tropical a few weeks ago and can't take the "white clear slate" look any longer. I have painted jeeps before, but never fiberglass.

If you take off decals while fairly new will it have the full body paint on it that the rest of the coach does?
