Hi:

Does anyone know how the factory cable feed is routed from the back compartment of the 2003 Scottsdale?

What I was thinking about was to pull in two cables up to the front of the rig. That way I could hook up my satellite feeds using the cable hook-ups (I can use two for my HD DTV).

Do you have to disassemble the rig to get to the cable run? Or is it possible to just pull in two cables using the old cable?

Dave you would do better by pulling your wires under coach thru ring runs there. The cables up back wall are bundled together and do not pull free. I have made runs under coach for air bag sys and radio and TV runs. Wires up front can go thru fire wall and fish up "A" chanel to cabinets above.

Thanks 007, I'll start researching it this weekend. Another thought, How do the cables run from behind the dash up to the TV Center? Do I "pop-off" the cover on the windshield pillar?

Yes you can pop off covers and you will find wires in both sides of the pillars. Some of them will be identified if you have good eyesite you can make them out or use a magnify glass. There are also TV coax behind VCR and TV control box and maybe prewired for satillite from roof and sticky on roof for cable location.
If you ever are looking for spk wires they are behind panel access for overhead blower fans up over drivers seat cabinet. All are marked as to locations.
