I have a friend with an 06 Ventana with Atwood leveling system. The entire system is dead - panel won't even light - called Newmar and they were not a lot of help. Said there is an inline fuse but she can't find it. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Not sure about the Ventana but my Canyon Star has the Atwood system and the engine must be running with the parking brake set in order for it to power up. Are they missing this step ??

My engine doesn't have to be running, but the key must be in the run position.
I would check all of the fuse panels first. Check the wiring under the Atwood panel to make sure nothing is loose.
There must be a wire that goes from the Atwood panel that determines if the coach is in neutral and the parking brake set. Follow that wire(s) to make sure it's OK.
Use a multimeter to determine if the wires going into the Atwood panel have power.

69RR - Mine work that way too, but Atwood's instructions say to have engine running - guess so you don't run battery down because they take so long to operate ??
OP has never come back so maybe problem has been solved.

Contacted Newmar - they say there are 2 50-amp breakers in the shore power compartment - they are not there. There are some 12-volt fuses there, but no fuses labeled jacks. Inside fuse compartment has a fuse labeled jack alarm, but no jack fuse. They bought the coach used and not all manuels are available. Still looking for assistance.
Thanks for any help.

Have similar coach. Will check fuse loacations on weekend (sooner if weather permits). Also have Atwood manual if you need it.

Could find no fuse labeled for the jacks in the bays I can get at or inside. Becasue of the way the coach is parked in the driveway, I have two more bays that I can't open until I move the coach.
