One thing I’ve learned after owning three coach’s and paying for two awning repairs/replacements, is that any wind sensor is useless. The sensor may trigger, but the awning likely won’t retract fast enough to prevent it from becoming a pretzel.

The only reliable wind sensor is the one at the end of your finger on the retract button.

Been dealing with the same issue these past few weeks. Can't say I really found good advice during my hunt, but the manual does have a troubleshooting section. So, each time my awning went in, I would run out to the bay to watch the blinking lights and match up what I saw with the troubleshooting instructions. I expected it to indicator low voltage or a motor issue to be honest. But, I didn't find a match. Matter a fact the lights say it was working fine, so I just kept bumping up the threshold at which it triggers a retraction. I am all the way up to the max value and it finally stops retracting. Doesn't make sense, because like you there is no wind so the min should be fine.

I did read that spider webs, dirt, etc in the sensor could cause a false reading.\

Good luck and sorry I couldn't be helpful!
