Baggage Door Latch Sticking

2014 DS my 1st passenger side baggage door latch handle stays in the open/ up position when opened. Is there any adjustments that I can Make? It will lock when the handle is down, it just needs to be manually pushed down.Click image for larger version

Try lubricating the mechanism with PB Blaster. Sounds like it’s sticking and return spring pressure is not enough to overcome it.

Thanks that's what I thought. Wasn't sure what to lube with. Will give PB Blaster a try.
