Bamboo flooring in my Dutchstar - a review

Hi friends

One of our fellow Newmar owners reached out to me after watching one of my videos on YouTube about the flooring I had installed.

So 426smartin, Scott and Marilyn here are the basics of how I installed the full thickness bamboo flooring in my 04' Dutchstar.

https://youtu.be/4woICs5tH-E

In the video I show how I installed the flooring and then review the performance after 3 years of full-time living.

Hope your staying warm.
TR

I wander if cork flooring will do better? They use it on boat decks. It will provide good thermal and sound isolation.

I seriously considered Cork. I've heard that it works pretty good. I didn't notice any appreciable increase in noise after I installed it...but... The floor is colder for sure...well than it was with carpet. I don't heat the basement unless it is freezing outside.
