Basement lights

I have a 2016 Ventana. The basement lights stopped working. I have checked the connections and fuses. The light on the switch next to the passenger chair is on. I have read about insuring your slide outs are all the way out. Mine are. Any other ideas? Has anyone else had an issue?

Thanks

I had a similar problem on my 2016 DS and eventually found the cause by information on the forum...but trying to search information can be a bit sketchy. I posted this after my issue and it may help you.

Slides should not effect the basement lights in any way. After searching as you did for fuses and checking the switch I found that there is a relay behind the pegboard that had fallen out!

Thank you so much for sharing. I opened it up today. You were correct. My relay was lying on top of the water tank. I also noticed that they did not tighten one of the hose clamps. I really appreciate your help. Safe travels.
