Our bathroom window leaks when we have steady sustained rain. Water accumulates inside the track at the bottom of the open-able part of the window (we have the flush style windows), then overflows on the inside of the coach -- down the windowsill and the side wall where the toilet paper holder is. All the rest of the flush-style windows on the coach seal up fine.

We can't see exactly where/how the water is getting in the bathroom window. Seems to happen only when we have several hours of rain; it's not pouring in, just filling up the track, overflowing, then dribbling down the inside wall. And yes, we make darn sure the window is closed tight.

Any one had a similar problem. . . or can suggest a fix? Thanks.

I think I can... Here's a high possibility. It's not your window. Go outside and look at the roof gutter on your roof above the bath window. Is there a vertical seam roughly directly above the bath window? If so, it is likely that a couple of the screws *in* the gutter and adjacent to that vertical seam have lost their heads and allowed the gutter to ever so slightly peel back from the roof breaking the silicone bond between the roof and the gutter. The path for the water from there is between the walls to right on top of your bath window then dripping to the bottom of the window and then overflowing to the TP roll.

Rain, when heavy or depending how you are leveled, can pool slightly on the roof (a fraction of an inch) right at that vertical seam area and seep under the gutter through the silicone roof-to-gutter subtle separation. Another verification is that when you see it dripping, tilt the coach by lowering the jacks on the non-bath side several inches to drain that subtle pooling and I'll bet the water stops dripping after several minutes.

The fix is easy. Remove the broken screws in the gutter and get a couple screws the next size bigger (probably a #10). Then lift/pry the gutter slightly off the roof (like 1/16 to 1/8 inch) at the seam and apply (using a very fine nozzle) a copious quantity of silicone UNDER the gutter as best you can for the 6-12 inches from the vertical seam. Release the pry (squishing out the silicone) and install the bigger screws and then silicone off the screw heads. Let the silicone dry completely. A 1" wide strip of Eternabond along the actual gutter seam *inside* the gutter is also a good addition. Note, Eternabond alone along the gutter-to-roof separation will only be a very temporary solution. You must re-screw the gutter as above to make it permanent.

If its a awning type window place coach so you will get the sun on window let heat up surface and than open and close window. As it closes on rubber seal you may have to force the window to set within gasket. The corners of window if not originally closed correctly will deform inward and not conform to window curved shape.
Once the gasket cools it should reshape the curve and window will close correctly.
Also make sure the slots bottom of window are clean and clear.
