House batteries, yes. Should do so anyway. Converter/charger malfunctions are common.
Engine/chassis batteries in Motorhome, maybe. Some Motorhomes do not have such capability, some do, some that did not from the manufacturer may have been retrofitted to do so.
If you put a voltmeter on the batteries in question you will see a ~1 volt increase when charging vs not charging.
