Bay Star California King Mattress Swap?

We're looking at ordering Bay Star 3113. It comes with the 72x80 King size bed. The bedroom layout in the coaches without the full wall slide all look alike with the king versions being wider by a foot. It looks like that anyway.

We saw a Bay Star Sport 3013 and when the slide closed, there was a good five or six inches left between the mattress and the drawers. But we know the wardrobe cabinets extend over the mattress. It looks like the Cal king will fit length and width wise (72x84) but the question is will it fit height wise?

Our Comfortaire cost a pretty penny a couple of years back and we really like it. It's about 12 inches high but has a 3 inch memory foam topper built in to the mattress (so we couldn't fold it back). But it does compress rather easily to about 10 inches tall, maybe a bit less.

We obviously don't have access to a unit to measure so we're wondering if anyone has done this swap or if a 12 inch mattress will fit under the overhanging wardrobe cabinets? Just wondering if we could plan to keep it or if we should budget for a new RV sized mattress.
