I am looking for a solution to prevent the cushions (2) from always sliding whenever we sit on the sofa. It is the standard Flexsteel leather sofa that comes with the Dutchstar. I installed a roll of that rubber mat, that you use to prevent dishes from sliding in the cupboards, underneat the cushions but that helped just a little bit.

Much appreciate any help that you may have to offer.

Velcro-the black, heavy duty type, will solve your problem.

Our Lane leather sofa in the house had Velcro on the chaise and it held well. Some up towards the top, middle and bottom and it held really well. I'd be pretty liberal in its application.

I don't know if it is the same on a Dutchstar but we had the same problem with the sofa in our 06 Essex until my wife found the straps with hooks on the cushions and hooked them to the loops on the back of the sofa. It works fine now, of course you have to unhook them to open the bed but we don't use that very often.
