Anyone know the steps to take to raise the

front/lower corner of a Newmar Bedroom Slide?

Ours has settled enough to have peeled the

rubber corner protector off there...

Eddie, is it the slide exterior slide wall thats pulling out the rubber? Or the side of the slide box that maybe rubbing the rubber seal?
You still can see impressions of roller in rug right.
You have two rollers at head board end that the floor deck rides on look with flashlite and you can see them, one on each side, if nut came off roller may cause slide to go uneven on one side of slide or some thing is caught between floor and roller.
You can take covers off deck under bed, you will see motor that pulls slide in and out make sure thread rod is stright no bends thats what stops slide from extending in or out. "007"

007....

Thanks for the reply

No, the slide works well, goes out fine,
comes back in fine..fits well..just like
a Newmar Slide...except..it is low in the
sidewall hole that it fits into. It barely
rubs on the outer (hole) trim piece.

Both rollers are ok. There must be a way
to spacer-up the rails somehow. On the
Living Room Slide, there are height adjusting
bolts for this adjustment. It is obvious
how the big slide is adjusted for fit...
not so for the bedroom slide.?

The only thing I CAN SEE IS THAT HEAD BOARD ROLLER MIGHT HAVE DROPPED,IF IT LOOKS HORIZONTAL should be ok. You could glue a shim on the foward side of floor so will ride up on roller when it closes "007"

007...

That must be it!! What threw me was the
fact that there are no slide rails
"under" the bedroom slide when it is extended.
(not at all like the Living Room slide)...

I'll have to root around in there some more.

Thanks....

Eddie if you have to gain access to the roller which ever side your looking at open nite stand cabinet on back wall of cab you will find two screws into slide facing back them off feel along bottom edge of cabinet along rug in the middle will be another screw. Remove screws and nite stand should pull off slide wall beside bed. The top side of shelf may have velgro to side of slide. When you get cab off you will have access to both nuts of roller. The roller may have come off pivet or roller has broken down causing drop of slide. May need new one.
If you have a 6 ton bottle jack and can fit under floor that rides on roller you can jack up slide to clear roller to work on. Should reinforce roller floor and floor under rug with a piece of plywood for more support of jack and not chew up bottom of floor roller rolls on. DON'T jack too high don't need to.
Also move slide out to clear outside side wall of coach. Don't jack slide with slide in all the way. You can operate slide out and hit button again and it will stop don't need to put slide way out only couple inches to clear side wall. Let me know how you are going to make out if you have a friend look for some help and take your time. "007"

007--

I got your e-mail.

I haven't had the chance to look at the

Coach (or the slide) since we have hit

upon some really nice weather.

Who said that when you retire you just

lay around and do nothing??

My DW had a ton of honey-do yardwork for

me to do, and I've been knocking off the jobs

one right after another, hoping to get back

to the 3357....

Update:

Well, thanks to everyone (and 007) I

pressed on and checked out the Headboard

Rollers....the low side roller is missing

its' plastic/Delrin cover. This cover is

on the other 3 rollers. It is a sheath,

about (guessing) 1/16" in wall thickness,

or just about exactly how far up the slide

needs to be to clear the outside framework...
