Bedroom window in lieu Headboard for Dutch Star

Hoping somebody can help us out. A while back somebody on this forum posted pictures of a "special" on their coach which consisted of a large window in the bedroom along the wall which would normally be occupied by the headboard. I know that this option is available in King Aires but I had never seen it before in a Dutch Star. Was it one large window or two windows side by side?

Could the person who posted those pictures post them again please? Also, we would love to hear your opinion now that some time has passed. Would you order your coach with that "special" again? The way that it is designed, does it allow you to close a shade or something like that to make the room dark when you choose to sleep in? Or is it only covered with day and night shades like the rest of the windows in the coach? If that is the case, we are afraid that enough light would pass through the bottom edge of the shades to where it would make it difficult to sleep.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

I don't know anything about the Kingaire layout, but our 2000 Dutch Star has the window where a headboard would be. Instead of the headboard we have storage. It's perfect for extra blankets, or a comforter. The window is a different story. We seldom open it, because it's a pain to crawl on the bed ducking your head because of the overhead cabinets to open & close it.

We have put a shorter adapted headboard on battens either side of the pelmet 2/3 of the window is covered but we can still operate the blinds. Our pillows would otherwise have ruined the blind.

We have the window in place of the headboard on our 05 KSDP. I am planning to cover it up with a headboard. Every time you move a pillow it hits the MCD shades. Hardly ever open the shades. For us, it is just annoying.
