I messed up. Last Jan. I was trying to raise the left side of our camper up a few inches while on soft ground by backing up onto an automotive ramp. The whole thing sunk and I broke the outlet pipe from the black water valve on the down stream side. The black pipe did not fall to the ground as the grey side held it up. I do not know yet if the bottom of the holding tanks is/are leaking. Talk about a mess. Glad I was on private property in the middle of nowhere.
There is a 8 x 12 inspection plate cut in by the previous owner. I removed that plate. This inspection plate seems to be too small for the work I need to do. I can see the grey side is still intack.
I think I need to remove the belly to do this job correctly. I just don't want to remove the whole belly. I am good at plumbing, but one thing I have learned in my older years is to ask questions first. This belly pan looks like one complete unit with crimped seams. Kind of scary to think about removing the whole thing. I sure hope not!
Oh yea, I have double checked and there is no accsess from the inside.
Please give me some tips.

I would guess you are going to have to open up the bottom floor of your 5th to gain access to black pipe coming off side of black tank. Most black tank pipes I have seen come off side. Once you get to that location you if lucky may have just broken a threaded portion of pipe. If not may have to refiberglass new pipe into tank.
I would just remove as little as possible and splice in new piece of black pipe.
While at it just check gray pipe and make sure it wasn't weakened from impact also.
Not sure what your under belly is made of but maybe able to recover with thin aluminum sheet metal to recover with insulation if needed.

007, when you say "open up the bottom floor" are you speaking of the "belly pan"?
What I know now is the black water pipe broke on the down stream side on the black water valve where it fits into the flange that has 4 bolts.. It may have pulled out of the valve. I might add 5 gallons of water to the black tank and check for leaks up stream. If no leaks upstream I will then replace from the flange on down. Don't worry, I did a triple rinse with agitation before parking the 5ver. I know about bacteria.
I know how to mix up fiberglass resin if needed. PVC work comes natural to me.
Where my fear comes in is this giant belly pan. I already have a plan in my mind on how to reinstall it if need be. I find that actual experience is what I need here to quell my jitters. It just appears too large for me to handle all alone. I know it has to line up perfect on reinstallation.
Thanks again.

Maybe you can just remove some screws to gain access to the area you need to get at. As pan drops tie it off to something while you work on valves. Sounds like you maybe lucky and only have to replace the knife blade location. Just take your time I'm sure it will work out for you.
