Best Contact Person for Warranty Work?

I am wanting the best contact person where I can send an email concerning a continuing problem I have been having. Being I have had this issue since the very beginning I am hoping Newmar will cover some of the cost for the repair. My warranty ran out back in June, 2018.

You need to contact your coach rep (sticker on the window) and that's who you funnel everything through. I kept a word document with pictures, numbered items, then exported to PDF and sent that to my representative. Nemwar has an odd email system where if you send something too large like a lot of pictures it kicks back. In fact, now that I remember, I put the PDF in dropbox and sent them a link to it in the email (right-click dropbox item, copy public link) so they could download the PDF. I also versioned it with the current date of the edit on the cover page so I knew they had the latest.

You should be able to email VentanaService @ newmarcorp.com

Keep pressing them. I had an issue with the paint on my last coach. They wanted me to drive back to Indiana for repair during the winter. I pushed and we settled with what I thought was fair.

If you have a good relationship with your dealer, get them on your side and pushing from their end.

I wouldn't "e-mail" anyone. Call your coach rep on the phone. Ask for him/her by name and request a callback if they aren't immediately available. Lay out your issues directly with that person. Once you've established a personal relationship, then you can send any information they need.

A blind e-mail is too easily overlooked.

Brenden McKinnes is the Ventana rep. I've found him quite easy to work with when we had our Ventana. As TJ said, establishing the relationship is paramount. Made it a point to meet him at Newmar when three for service and personally thank him for his help. The man made things happen. Good Luck

I am thinking I talked to Erica most of the time I know it was her when I called on my last trip. Both Brenden and Erica are on the sticker on my window. Erica was at the Tampa RV show last year at the Newmar Kountry Klub campground. I sent the email yesterday, but I will follow up with a phone call to Erica on Monday.

Fantastic Newmar Service!!

I received a phone call from Erica at 8:01 this morning. She has already talked to the manufacturer of the motor and they agreed to cover the cost of the motor. Erica then said Newmar would also cover the three hours of labor for the troubleshooting and the re-installation and limit setting of the motor. All I will pay is the service call fee which would be less than $100.

This was above and beyond what I was expecting them to do.

Thanks for posting Reuben. Love the good stories. Newmar helped me recently with Gleendining and my electric cord reel. Not that many problems after 4 years and 30k great miles but when I need them Newmar always delivers for me. So glad I bought a Newmar.
