I'm considering purchasing a 2018 or newer Ventana.

I'm looking for a shorter coach that has a warranty and want to buy from a dealer with a solid reputation for customer service.

From your experience, who are the top dealers in the country to purchase from?

Talk to Tom Lindstrom in Moorpark, CA. His is pricing is great, not a single surcharge or fee added above the price he quoted me. Even the out state delivery to avoid the CA sales tax was included, and is the definition of a straight up honest guy. Just bought my new 2020 DS4369 from him. He sells a lot of the shorter Ventana models and also gets a good amount of clean trade-ins on a regular basis. I believe he is one of Newmar's top 5 dealers.

Midway RV in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Reputable, honest and great customer service. Superior service department. Their Service Manager will help you troubleshoot over the phone. I wouldn’t consider anyone else. Best in the Midwest!

"Burner".....what area of the country? For new, you could contact anyone and make the drive, but if used, like a 2018, you'll have to hunt dealers.

NIRVC in Atlanta, Dallas,Phoenix and Las Vegas. Great dealer, great sales and service model and extremely personable, capable and friendly staff. One of the most honest dealerships ever. I won’t buy anywhere else.

X2 on NIRVC - Las Vegas, great people, where can you walk in to your dealer, see the owner (Brett Davis) and have him personally help you with your coach?NIRVC in Las Vegas! Great sales & Service support, and great management support. The only place for us!

We recently bought our 2nd RV from them and they were very good and easy to deal with. We bought a used MH that had a couple of issues and they worked with us and took the high road in every situation.

Bottom line:

Pricing was very good
and
They did what they said they would

NIRVC- hands down.

I believe Phoenix MAY be the only one of their 4 locations that does not carry NEW coaches by Newmar.

NIRVC has 3 other locations that do. Their new location in Las Vegas appears to have LOTS of Newmar coaches. https://www.nirvc.com/Sales

They are the best RV dealership I have ever dealt with-honest and competent, before during and after the sale-they want "customers for life", and work hard to keep them.

NIRVC because of price and service. Outstanding customer service from 1st contact and then on. Get service centers with 4 locations. Been a Newmar owner for 23 years with 3 new purchases and glad we connected with them on on our 18 London Aire. They can do all your Newmar service at any of their locations.

Looks like you may be in the Phoenix area. If so, stay away from the Phoenix Newmar dealer. Give Tom Lindstrom a call. I highly recommend him. I purchased two coaches from him and have not regretted driving the extra distance. He is fair and a straight shooter.
