Croton Point Park on the Hudson is beautiful, nice sites, full hookups(30a if I remember), a swimming beach, bike riding and walking paths, lots of green spaces, and a beautiful extension out into the Hudson river for a scenic walk.
This place is packed on the weekends, especially in good weather, but the rv park is past all of the public spaces, so no worries.

If you stay at Croton-on Hudson you should plan to visit Hyde Park, FDR's home, which is near there. It's a beautiful place and a fascinating look at the past.
