Big shout out to Coachlight

I want to give a big thumbs up to Coachlight for a job well done on correcting a long list of warranty items. They were very accommodating on scheduling when I had to change the date, and got my RV into the shop immediately upon arrival. Freight company misplaced the AC unit and Steve tracked it down and got it back on track. When I picked up the unit the tech came out and explained a couple of things I had questions about. Everything is repaired correctly and there is no mess or any sign of anyone being inside. They found a couple of things that I missed and repaired those too. It was a much different experience than I had with my previous unit at a (less than) Reliable dealer in Springfield. I am big on giving compliments when due so hats off to Coachlight.

Thank you for sharing. I go pickup my new coach on Thursday. I hope my experience matches yours and what a few others have said.

Is that dealer near Joplin, MO?

They rarely carry any Newmar inventory. They have a 2018 Ventana leftover. Do they just sell most of their Newmar slots to customers for special orders?

Thanks

I bought mine from inventory, I think there were 5 or 6 in stock at the time but they had exactly what I wanted. Another plus is that they are 30 miles from my home.

Coachlight

We are on our way to Nappanee for a windshield and thought we would stop by Coachlight to find out if they are as friendly as I read about here.
Happy to say they are. I met the owner, Marty. He is genuine and down to earth. My memory for names is not the best. Marty gave me a business card. I also met a sales rep and the parts manager. Both made me feel comfortable.
I also got to see Marty's 2018 DS 4369. The paint was prismatic. The changing colors were pretty cool. It is for sale!! I didn't ask the price since I'm not in the market for a new coach. I will keep them in mind when I am looking for another coach.
We are spending the night at Coachlight's RV park. Nice place and reasonably priced.

My coach is there as well and hope to pick it up next week, I assume it is in the changeover lot since the work is done. Maybe we will see you there, stay awhile and find your gremlins. Good luck and enjoy.

I told Marty I wanted to stay until April 7. He said no problem. That gives me 10 days to find those gremlins. Also mentioned I want to get some floor protectors but Newmar wouldnít ship them to Coachlight. Later in the day someone from parts called me. Said he had only 6 left in stock. Rather than going out to the coach to find out how many the New Aire needed, he would put an order in today to get a bunch more, so after me he would still have some inventory for others. He didnít ask me for any payment, just my word that I would follow through with buying the 6-8 that he anticipates Iíll need.
