Has anyone else had trouble with the shower door binding at the bottom/right? Ours does (and then sometimes doesn't which me think wracking may be part of the problem). I put a shim on the lower hinge post to raise the door up as the binding is between the raised lower door frame and the screws that hold the glass frame in place, and that helped somewhat. Another issue is the aluminum post that holds the door to the wall. It is locked down by a steel plate - which has stripped all but a few threads from the post. Don't know where I will get a replacement for it. Maybe have to have it fixed when I have any other warrantee work to be done.

Doc Mark please post as to what their fix is. I have started having the same problem and I am now out of warranty. Everything I have tried has not lasted.

I can not tell what thry've done. There are no obvious physical changes, yet the door works OK for awhile, then back to binding.

Sorry I can't be more help.

Well - just had it repaired for the third (and last time) under warrantee. They replaced the hinges and the jam nut - we'll see.
