The new Bluetooth model can send a signal to toilets...but only one. Your Precision circuit panel sends out two signals...yellow light, red light.
So, the See Level makes a great addition...but I don't see it as a replacement.
The BlueTooth system is easy to install,,,panel in the wet bay...but you can read your tank levels anywhere within range of the bluetooth signal.
