I have a 2002 DutchStar. I have just had it about a week so I'm new to alot of this, but, I have a situation where my radio quit playing, the amplifier does not come on and the sat dish will not raise and when I turn the on button to the sat it saysn No Power to LNB. I have checked the fuses in the radio and the amp and they are both good. I checked the inside fuses in the back bedroom and they are ok. Can anyone tell me where there are more fuse boxes for me to check in the motorhome. I have looked and have not bee nable to find them, I feel that I have been looking in the right places (under the dash and on firewall) butI mustbe overlooking them. Please help, I leave tommorrow morning for Talladega with no tunes and no tv.

If you have a DP there are fuses in compartment outside below drivers seat.
If you have a Workhorse chassis these fuse panels may help.

Welcome mikeyrph to the Newmar forum and irv2.

Hi Mike,
Welcome to iRV2 and the Newmar forum. Another place to look is the bay where the shore power cord is located. There may be a 12 VDC fuse panel in this bay. I may be on the rear wall. It will be covered and the cover may be fastened with velcro or screws. This is where my radio fuse is located.

Hi Mike,
The power to the LNB's ( the eye's ) on the sat dish is delivered via the coax cable,12~18 Volt DC.
I hope this will help you troubleshooting the problem.

I found the fuse that was blown in the back by the shore cord, changed it and had some tunes on the way to Talladega. However since my direct tv reciever does not put out the 13-18 volts from the video out, My dish didnt work at all. I called Direct TV and told them the problem and they talked to me like I was stupid saying that they have never heard on voltage coming from the video out. I asked them why does everyone with a Direct TV reciever recieve Satellite TV and they had no answer. So besides buying a reciever that puts out the voltage, (which I hate to do because they gave me the 4 recievers at set up in the house) but does anyone know on any kind of dc voltage output that I can put in line between the video output and the Satellite jack. The other problem I had is when I got to the camping spot, the jacks would not let down. I friend of mine checked the solenoid to the jack motor and it was bad so I got a new one and the jacks still do not let down. I assume that its the motor. I dont know how much that will be to fix but it just sounds expensive.

Hi mike,
For the Sat problem, consider starting another thread in the Technology section. There are several members with extensive experience who contribute to that forum. They may not see your post in this forum.

For the jack problem can you provide a bit more information?
1. Does the driver control panel turn on (lights) when the on button is pressed?
2. What happens when you try to level?
2a. Are the control panel light(s) still on?
2b. noises
2c. Do the light(s) go out immediately after trying to level?

I do not want to bias the diagnostics, but HWH has a history of poor ground connections to the frame.
