One of the many rubber roofs.. And you treat it like a kitchen floor, Mop, Bucket, Water, Spic & Span...
Now, Instead of a mop, I use what is called a "Van Wash" brush, this is a car wash brush with an extendable handle that is as long (When extended) as a mop handle, I find it works better..
And where as I mopped the Kitchen a 2nd time with a "Rinse water".. I use a garden hose and sprayer on the roof.

Hi riverbender,
I agree with DandS. My roof is cleaned 2 times a year with 303. It is parked outside all year. Much of the time in South Florida and other times any place I want to go. My roof has been through tornadoes and hail storms so violent the storm destroyed both roof top heat pump covers. After 6 + years, the roof looks like new.

Try HERE for 303 products. I got my last gallon from them. Before that I got it at the local CW.
I don't clean with 303 as it's not made for that. I use a sponge mop, water and soap. Then spray 303 on a dry roof and work in with another sponge mop (ones from Dollar Tree) so I just throw them away when done.

The recommended product for cleaning a BriteTek roof membrane is a cleaner made by Dicor.
Although I like another recommendation to clean it with the same cleaner as the rest of your RV, rinse, then apply 303.

Clean ours with a good car wash just like the rest of the coach-looks like new after six years-no streaking, no stains, etc.!

I usually use Murphy's Oil Soap on ours with a car wash brush and extended handle. At times I do need to use Mr Clean Bleach Sponge on a particular area around the OTA antenna and wipe that up with clean wet rag as to not let it drip down the sides. Haven't used the 303 yet but a roof washing is in the near future so I'll be treating it this time with the 303 as well. Roof looks great and we have NO streaking at all.

Hi riverbender,
Go to 303 Products - Aerospace Protectant, High Tech Fabric Guard -* World's Leading Automotive Care Products for the product site. There you can also find a retailer. CW also sells the product.
I'm not sure why Mr_D says 303 is not made to clean the roof. Maybe he can elaborate?

I also use Murphys Oil Soap to wash. I have tried the cleaning products made by Aerospace products, but chose to stay with oil soap.
303 protectant is not a cleaner, nor is it a wax, it is a UV protection product.

For those thinking 303 is not a cleaner, consider going to the company web site and read about all their different products. 303 has more products than an insurance company has different policies.

BritTEK is great. My maintanence regime is to completely ignore it. Brit TEK seems to do just fine without my messing with it in any way.
