Broken Floor Tiles

I have a 2005 DSDP 4009 the last time I put the living room slide out I heard a crack and discovered a broken tile at the rear corner I also found a tile that was worn thru at the front of the slideout looks like something wore it away I did find a ball bearing on the floor so I believe I will have to replace one or two rollers. Where can I find the right tile to replace the two damaged tiles any suggestions greatly appreciated

I emailed Newmar with my coach # year, and model and they can look up to see exactly what it is, then you can order directly from them to get the right one. Not cheap but it will be right.

I also have a suspicion that some of the rollers on my long slide (2015 DS 4368are seized and do not roll, but drag over the tiles and damage them. I don’t see any way getting to them without lifting the whole slide out?

In QT's 1 & 2 the slide section threads explain how to lift slide to work underneath it and repair or replace rollers and tiles.

Broken Floor Tiles

Medic....
X2 on vacationfools, with one correction. About a year ago I needed to replace the tiles in the bathroom of my 2002 DS. I needed a dozen. I called Newmar parts, spoke with Derek, I think. Took him about 20 seconds to find precisely what tile I needed (incl part number), and another 10 seconds to confirm that, yes, even after 15 years they still had some in stock! The only place I differ with vaca is that my tiles were dirt cheap-- only about $2 or $3 each, iirc. And free shipping- a real consideration on a dozen ceramic tiles! Newmar is always one of my searches when looking for parts. They often amaze me.

Wow, you gotta deal. I ordered 3 tiles for my 2004 Essex $65. I now own a 2008 Essex, ordered 3 extra tiles just to have on hand, $100+. Yes free shipping. But for me, not cheap.
