BRR it's cold outside

Loving our 2017 4002, had it for four weeks now. Finally had to turn on the heater. We are set up at Camp Newmar waiting for our service appointment Monday. Noticed a steady draft from coming from the front of the coach and discovered that cold air is blowing out of the dash vents. How can that be? The key isn't even in the ignition. Any advice?
Thanks

Put your dash air on recirculate before you turn off the coach and it will close the outside vents and stop the draft.

Yep, that's what you need to do.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

It also works in reverse in the summer heat if not turned to this position, cold air will escape out as cold air settles down.
